are privately funded startup launched by a serial entrepreneur who had graduated
from MIT. The company was originally formed in Boston (MA) and now relocated to
Charlotte(NC).
Our vision is
to help every startup who needs fund to survive but has limited access to
Venture Capitals. We believe that micro-investors - who are interested in
investing to early-stage startups but have no access to them as well as with
relatively small fund sizing from $1000 to $500,000 - can significantly help
